Looking to get ahead on your holiday shopping with unique, handmade gifts? Novato Parks, Recreation, and Community Services is hosting its 2024 Holiday Crafts Faire on Friday, December 6th, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and on Saturday, December 7th, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. This festive event will be held at the Margaret Todd Senior Center, located at 1560 Hill Road, Novato.

The Holiday Crafts Faire will feature a variety of artisans selling handmade crafts, including jewelry, ceramics, specialty foods, wreaths, ornaments, bath and body products, and more. Entertainment will be provided throughout the event, and food will be available for purchase. Shoppers are encouraged to bring cash, as not all vendors may accept credit cards.

Admission to the Holiday Crafts Faire is free on both days, making it an affordable outing for the whole family. This year, the event has expanded to include newly added booths in a great new location next to the Senior Center, in the Hill Community Room. This is a fantastic opportunity to find unique holiday gifts and support local artisans.

On Saturday, December 7th, Santa’s sleigh will be landing at the Holiday Crafts Faire. From 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, families can capture the magic with Photos with Santa. For just $5 per family, you’ll receive a festive photo (shared on NovatoFun Facebook) and a special North Pole goodie bag. Be sure to register early to snag the perfect time slot for your Santa encounter.

In addition to shopping and photos with Santa, attendees can take advantage of the donation-only gift wrap booth. This convenient service allows you to have your purchases wrapped while supporting the community.

Parking is available at the Margaret Todd Senior Center, so you won’t have to worry about finding a spot. Arrive early to secure a good parking space and enjoy all the festivities.
